I m looking for 2 people that can insert a news feed in chinese - AND russian -

You will have to provide the FREE newsfeed that is out there you will find one and format it to fit in the page provided.

if you are not native speaker on any these languages do not apply

if you can do one tell me which one you can this is a php site and one page needs php coding phpfox site which is simply php and is just one page
