Description

I need a small Login Script for a website. The website inculdes videos an photos. The gallery script including all files is in a seperate directory.

Specs for Login Script:
- login with username and password

- possibillity to add and delete clients manually

- "forgot password" option (that sends the PW again to users email
adress that I have

- after a user logs in the first time (only first login) i need a
small popup or site the shows a EULA which the user has to confirm
this confirmation needs to be logged in database

- all login attemps and logins should be saved with IP Number

- I also nee a Sign up Form where new users can sign up with their
facts like: full name, street, zip, city, country, date of birth,
email adress desired password (min. 8 chars, perhaps pw could be generated by script), bank information like
name of bank, account nr, bank number and also the possibility for
credit card payment like cardtype, expire date, and cc number and
verification code (i create the HTML file for that incl. css)

- in sign up form all fields are mandatory
