Description

I am in process of building a website for myself with oscommerce. I would like to set a minimum on order based on customers zip code.

Example
Our shipping department is located in zip 00000
if the customer is located in zip 00001 minimum order requirement is 15
if the customer is located in zip 00002 minimum order requirement is 25
if the customer is located in zip 10003 minimum order requirement is 35
and so on
if the zip code is not defined a message should be displayed stating we currently do not serve your neighbourhood please contact our customer support at 123456789"

editing the amount should be possible via admin interface
