Description: I want to create a plugin for Wordpress that allows me to run a link directory. It should allow me to do the following:

1. Add/edit delete links from admin (title, url, description)
2. Public can submit links.
3. Public can review and rate links.

The script should:
1. automatically create and display a screenshot of the url.
2. Display link categories in colums in the center of the front page.
3. Check for reciprocal links (initiated by admin)
4. Be compatible with current and previous versions of WP.

I have also have other WP plugin projects. I prefer provider with past WP experience.
