Description

we have a php website, where we need some minor modifications and layout change. The layout in HTML format will be provided by us.
The URL will be provided in the PMB.


System requirement:

• We want to record Date, Time, IP stamp of subscriber in our data base stamp.

• Currently, we have a long job application form which is working. We wan to divide this in 2 parts.
We would give you HTML templates of new layout, source code of existing site, FTP access.
For an expert, this should be 5-6 hours of job.
We have a budget of approx USD 50 for that.
