Description

Hello,

I am in need of a simple landing page designed for my website. I would like a landing page similar to this page: http://www.dreamhomesofsandiego.com/homes_for_sale.shtml?source_id=Buyerlink
I just need the guts of this page and not the navigation template/header or "instaCompare" box. I also don't need the sentance, "please send me updates:" either.

Needs to be designed in PHP.

Also I need a minor bug resolved on one of my current PHP pages: http://www.real-estate-cary.com/PHP/subscribe.php
the bug is the h1 heading,"Cary Real Estate", is unexpectatadly squeezed into 2 lines instead of 1 line (like it diplays on all the rest of the non-php pages of my website).
