Description

I want to create a web based dictionary, of English to Kannada Language.
For each english word, it should show the meaning in Kannada language.

It should have the ability to search the word for matches etc.

It should allow users to register themselve and add more words and meanings to dictionary. For non registered users also it should allow them to comment on the meanings if they have valid email ID. For users allowing to write in Kannada Language a Keyboard Layout must be displayed on the screen. Users can write in Kannada Language by clicking on the Keys on the Keyboard layout.
