Description: Build a website (sliced XHTML files will be supplied) with Joomla.

stage 1 (this is all you are doing for now) is the standard Joomla install integrating a design (approx 5 different templates) and a large sitemap (you will not need to enter content to all pages - only content for 1 of each template pages)

there will be a default news posting facility on the home page

the time frame to deliver is 1 month after we give you XHTML files
