Description: I have been asked to investigate a solution to the project as outlined in the document uploaded here - this is only an initial outline brief and the final project criteria may increase slightly from this but it will not be too far away from this.

I have recommended a Joomla solution to my client as they want an easy to use backend admin area.

In addition to the outline brief the selected provider will be requried to:

1. Convert an html template to be useable via CSS in Joomla.
2. Create a similar styled admin template.
3. Ensure the solution is fully compatible with IE and FF.

The project must be complete, including testing on my server, within 14days of Provider selection, failure to have it on my server and tested within that time will force a 25% deduction in final payment.

Payment will be made 7 days after completion of the project to our mutual satisfaction.

The selected provider must be available 9am - 5pm GMT on an IM system.
