Description

I need to have joomla templates coded. I will provide all the finished graphic design and need these designs turned into joomla templates.

Requirements:
- Tableless CSS design
- Usability & Accessibility, W3C Web standards compliance
- 100% CSS and Tableless - CSS and (x)HTML Validation.
- Well commented codes
- Complete CSS template files
- Menu & Submenu css styling etc...

Timescale for this template should be 3 days, although further ones will have a timeframe of 7 days.

I will have many more of these templates to be coded so if this is done well there will be more business sent your way.
