freelancer MUST be familiar with joomla and this component
problem is this

we have form 1
with fields 1 2 3

all fields can be in the form filled in by the user who registers
in table view, where registered people can view the form data only
fields 2 and 3 are public, the field 1 is only to be viewed by the

super admin
due to a bug this feature is not working
every element (field) has setting: view only and access
view only is the one that allows people to view the form data - this setto super admin has no effect, the data being public
access - this is set to public to allow people to fill in the respective field

1 bug has already been fixed, the same issue, but the problem was that it would not be seen in the form - loses its label, only empty field shown, regardless whether "access" is set to public, and only view only set to super admin
you must be able to fix this today or very soon, its not a hard thing to do, just a small bug fix...
its a very small and quick fix for an experienced php programmer with
joomla experience
