Description: I need to customize Joomla with my one designed look and feel as well as the following:

Site Search
Menu on side with drop-downs (CSS based and easily modified)
Scrolling news bar
Ability to feature podcasts and videos posted on YouTube (may use Iframe)
Calendar (May Iframe Google Calendar)

I have a completed Photoshop design I will want to use. I have 1 design for the front and another for the inside pages.
