Description: This is on one hand a simple Job but it has a twist
I'm setting the bid on $200

First and foremost i need a quick and EXCELLENT PHP programmer that has experience and an eye for web design.
Experienced with MYSQL data base, and e-mail programming.
AJAX is a plus.

Must Have great communication skills
and must have SKYPE.

For the project itself:

I was left hanging by another programmer who dragged me over a span of 3 months. So im not willing to go that route again.

This is a quick job. 7 day max

I have a web design all ready with a form that has to be filled out
that form dumps the info into a MYSQL data base and then the users with special logins can extract the info from the data base.

Part of the data base will be published on search engines (Google), by generating pages on the website for every thread in the data base.

IM ATTACHING A WORD DOCUMENT PLEASE VIEW BEFORE BIDDING SO YOU MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT IS THE SCOPE OF THE JOB.

I'm clarifing now that i would need to go over that program until I'm %100 sure it works, and if not i will need unlimited revisions until I am satisfied, and that the program does what i want, with no pressure.
I don't want to work by hours ! on the other hand i don't like to drag the job. usually with open communication this should take 30 hours or 7 days.

I will give you a login and password to the server so you can see what the other programmer did. its your choice to carry on what he has done or to start new.

PAYMENT: after being burnt once there will be no money upfront, and only through GAF so we can evaluate each other.
