Description:	The following is a description of the Investor and Borrower Secure area needed for phase 2 of our project. Data for each section will be populated from active loans that have been funded from previous project phase 1 (http://www.getafreelancer.com/projects/47131.html)and phase 3 from the employee section of the website. We expect Phase 3 to allow for dynamic generation of loan information. Some of the data generated in this phase may require phase 3 manipulation. Investor Secure Area a. View Active Loan Section (Lists the active loans in the system (funded loans) I Loan is a hyper link to a web page that includes dynamic information from the loan (We can use the first 20 fields for the borrower – We just want the ability to change the fields later). II. Participate – Button Next to Active Loan that allows an investor to participate. Clicking the button directs the investor to a web form with the following information: Name of Loan, Amount willing to pay to participate, Comment Field, and submit button. Confirmation Page appears and button to return to investor secure area is available. Employee is emailed request to participate in loan with dollar amount. Loan is flagged in the admin system waiting for participation approval from company. b. Request to Participate Section I. Lists the loans above as a hyperlink and the amount that the investor is requesting to participate with. II. Remove – Button Next the Loan to remove the request to participate. Clicking the button directs the investor to a web form with the following information: Name of loan, Comment Field For Reason Removal is Needed, and submit button. Confirmation Page appears and button to return to investor secure area is available. Employee is emailed request to remove participation and loan gets pushed backup to the active loan section above and flag is removed. c. Participation Approved Section Pending Payment I. List the loans that participation was accepted as a hyperlink, the amount that the investor is requesting to participate with and the percentage participation of the loan. II. Invoice – Link to a pdf version of the invoice generated by an employee for the investors participation Payment Received III. If payment has been received for the invoice above then the payment date for the check received will be populated. d. Active Participation Section - List the active loans that the investor is participating in as a hyperlink. Hyperlinks go to the following pre-populated page: I. Page Includes: Current Participation amount and percentage, payoff of loan, historical information of the last 10 transactions occurring to their account, link to current statement pdf. II. Back Button e. Closed Participation Section (Used for Historical Purposes for Investor) I. List of loans investor that investor partipated in the past with the same functions as active participations Borrower Secure Area a. View Active Loans as a hyper link to each loan they have borrowed money for. Next to each Loan show the current amount oweing, Last Payment Received Date, Next Amount Oweing, Due Date. I. When hyperlink is clicked individual loan information appears. This data is pulled from the active funded loan database. II. Buyer will see Origination Date, Original Loan Amount III. Payout Date and Payoff Amount IV. Historical Payment Information (Last 10 entries with ability to drill down) V. Statement section with links to pdf Statements (Last 10 with ability to drill down). b. View Closed Loans in the same manner as active loans
