1) create template from PSD file. You can see an example of the design here: www.createmedianow(dot)com/new(dot)htm

2) integrate this template into an existing Joomla system. Currently, we have a website (www.createmedianow(dot)com). This is a new design for this website.

You will be given PSD file and all needed access.
