http://www.clickmegacenter.com needs to be finished.

The system is supposed to work that advertisers can upload their campaign details and prices and publishers can run those campaigns for the advertisers.

There must be some way for tracking to be put in place and easy to use for the publisher and advertisers to track.

I need:
1- a new search system to find advertisers
Search by Category: > Subcategory , Country (where advertisers come from), Countries (where advertisers want to publish on) , search by Cost per click, Hits per day; Ad type; curriencies, language.
So I need a database with those informations and a form to colect it.
Example:

2- a new search system to find publishers.
