Description: This project should be very easy and only take 15-30 minutes for someone with the right knowledge.

I want a form which will allow users to upload an image.
The image must be .JPG, .GIF, or .PNG format.
It must be less than 600KB.
It will be uploaded to the (linux) server in a specified directory.
A copy of this image should be resized for a thumbnail - 90px wide (same proportions as original).

I only want the basic code (I will integrate it into my site myself). It must be secure and not allow any other file types to be uploaded.

Payment will be sent via PayPal once the code is received. Do not bid if you require payment through any other method or require payment before project is started - I have already been flogged off and lost $350 to user "illusiontech" on this website.
