Description:	I am needing a web designer to clean up a homepage of a website that I am working to get started. I have created a basic mock up of what I would like, but its just that very basic. This is the first step in revamping a craptastic script that i had purchased. The homepage conists of a header, index and footer. I am looking to create a very clean look. I have a logo that is currently on the webpage that I would like to be implemented, but the rest is just for basic outlines. I am working to create a very professional website and need it to look so. I am building this site one page at a time and this is my first step. I would like as much ease of updates to the front page as possible. As I am working to build the site and add information and products, I would like to be able to add the names and links to the front page as I am able to get them. So being able to do this after the fact is very important as there will be alot of updating of ads, products and information on the front page. the site is http://hterewards.com
