Description: Hi there,
We need to get a online helpdesk systems for our customers. We need it completely online, with full list of features e.g. Email Alerts, Time Tracking, Reports and admin controls. Nothing too complex.. Need to keep it as simple as possible. I need this done very, very quick. A pre-built app might be fine with some custom changes..
