Description: My yousendit clone currently sends pain text emails to recipients when they have a file for download. I would like the following modification:

1. Recipients will recieve a nice HTML email with a banner that will say:
Sponsored by: (and then the banner)

2. The banner will be randomly pulled from a database

3. emails will have the same footer as our website: Powered by ...
