Description

Human Resource Information System

This project is aimed at managing human resources in an organization.
We need this to be developed as a web based application, so that the HR and Department Managers may login from any location to store and retrieve information. Due to existing infrastructure available, we require this to be developed on LAMP.

All paperwork for this project has already been done. The only job required is to refer it and do the appropriate linking between tables.

The system is divided into modules:
- Recruitment
- Performance Appraisal
- Training and Development
- Compensation
- Leave Records
- General Reports
- CEO Report

The attached document will give you brief information on each of the modules. Once bidding process is completed, you will gain access to the detailed document containing the table descriptions and linking between tables.

We have similar projects that require few variations from the one described above. So it is obvious that the winner of this bid would also get future projects.
