Description: This project is paying only $30 - don't bid higher than this.

I have two graphics.
Imagine these are cut into 4 quadrants.
Each of the quadrants is numbered 1, 2, 3 and 4.

I want two new graphics that is made up different arrangements of quadarant from the original 2 graphics.

If the original graphic is 200 dpi, then the new graphic must also be 200 dpi - I don't want any compression made.
(Please let me know if this is not possible.)

In the code, I want the quadrants spcified in specific masurements using coordinates.

i.e. quadrant 1 will be (0,0), (0, 200), (200, 0), (200, 200).
similarly for the other quadrants.
I want these to be variables specified in a seperate PHP file so that I can change for different dimension graphics.

NOTE: some of the graphics should be 180 degrees to what they were originally.

The final version of the code will be to work on a graphic that has 16 quadrants.
If you can do what I want for 4 quadrants: then doing similar for 16 quadrants should be easy.

I want there to be a web page that takes input of 2 graphics.
And the output is two newly generated graphics as discussed above.

I also need another version of this: this one is simpler.
I want to have one graphic, have this split in half and have the two halves swapped.
(If you can do the above, then this is easy to do.)

I would like to see the code mentioned above completed and working - I will give the project to whoever can show me the code working first.

Please send a PM if you have any questions.

Please see the attached SWF file that shows a dummy of what is being asked for.
