Dearest coders,

There's a feature I wish to implement on my site. I have uploaded a picture to clarify it's goal somewhat better.

We run a website where users can find venues all around the Netherlands.

The idea is that the ip of the user should be used to find his/her location and show the stores around the user on the Google Map.

Besides this I'd like to show some venues, without the help of a map, which are located near the visitors. For example Venue A, Venue B and Venue C are located in three different places. Venue B is located at Place X. The visitor also lives nearby X and therefore only Venue B is shown.

I've discussed with hostech to help me on this project, however a fair price is what I am looking for. Feel free to bid.
