Description: On this Google map page you'll see that a visitor can choose a LOCATION and CATEGORY and get a result.
At present the number of categories is very limited. www.france-map.bonjourlafrance.net

I want a second "category" box where a visitor can enter ANY category (sauna, horse-riding, shoe store...) and choose one of MY locations and get results.
It should function similar to the Google search box here : http://maps.google.fr/

You need to write the code that produces the search box for any category... and produces a list of correct establishments that can be integrated into the map with markers.

Hi skneller! From what I understand you want some categories with related locations saved in a database (MySQL), and you want to display those on a map. Do the database logic needs to be done as well, or only the markers on the map? Also, the locations could be stored in a database as well to reduce the response time to the user.
