Description:	Search Engine Form. All of the code for this page is already done. But for some reason it's not working. I think it just needs to be set up with the database as I just copied the files from the other server. What I need the page to do is compile all of the information people filled out on the page. and e-mail it to an e-mail address. All the code is written. So I just need someone to go through the code and figure out why this web page isn't working / add it to the database. Should only take minutes for someone who knows their stuff. Pays $20, or $30 if you can get this done tonight. Will email the files after we confirm! Thanks.
