Need customization of Gallery matrix theme urgently

These are the conditions:

- Custom (under NO circunstance we will take prebuilt themes) web design.
-
- Winner MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE IN FLUENT ENGLISH TWICE A DAY to explain progress of project.
- The design will NOT be used for any other client in the future.
- Winner at the end MUST provide ALL material used for the design (jpg, psd files).
