Description

I need a full time programmer that will be responsible for various tasks. This is a multi-year deal if performance is good. You'll be responsible for:
- Creating scripts
- Modifying scripts
- Creating database-driven websites
- Handling feeds (CSV, XML, etc)
- Some design skills desired, or at least be able to copy other sites.

First 90 days will be trial period where your performance will be reviewed.

It is 8hr days, 5 days a week, includes bonuses. Time to work is around 10am-7pm PST (google "LA Time" to find out my time zone). This can be flexible, but I'd like to target this time.

You're required to stay online and be good enough with English. There may be phone calls as well.

Integrity is a must. I've had so many outsourced workers with "health problems." and other various excuses. You'll learn many things working with me.

1. Salary starts @ $300-$350 depends on various factors. There will be bonuses based on performance. (If you have a 2-man team let me know).
2. Must have solid internet connection. No power outages, internet outages, etc.
3. Must be responsive.
4. Web cam is desired -- I'd like to see a human being!

Remember, you should be professional. The first 90 days is just a feeler and once things goes well, we can discuss bonuses and such.
