Description: I currently use UPS API and Freightquote.com API's. I need code added so I can offer Flat Rate shipping on certain items over certain quantities. I would still need UPS rates calculated because some items are small and would only be a few dollars for shipping. The site is created in PHP and uses a MYSQL database.
