Description: I have a freight calculator on my site that is integrated to UPS and Freightquote.com using API's. It is set up so that Freight is calculated based on weight. Any order under 150 pounds gets calculated through UPS. Anything over 150 pounds gets calculated through freightquote. I need the over 150 pounds changed to offer Flat Rate Shipping based on the state it is shipping to. I need to be able to change the flat rates easily. Please let me know what you can do.
