Description: I need a script that can fetch a remote vbulletin forum page and turn the thread titles into an RSS feed. Furthermore I want to be able to have the script only include threads that have certain keywords in their titles.

No backend necessary as I know some PHP, just need it to be able to fetch a forum page that is sorted by post timeline, look for specific keywords and then put any matching threads into an RSS feed. For simplicity I would use a cron to run it and keep the RSS feed up to date. Basically it should allow me to monitor a forum for threads that interest me.
