Action CTI Form Submit Admin Specs

Database - mySQL access to be provided to you. Design to be completed by you.

All work should be completed in actioncti.com/beta for the forms and actioncti.com/admin for the administration section. Mock-ups are already prepared and available.

This is project is modifications to existing forms on the website to store those forms in a msSql database in addition to e-mailing the form results to the client. The project then is to code the admin pages so the administrator can view and manipulate the existing data which was submitted from the website.

User Side forms to modify (in beta folder)
The code needs to e-mail the information to the respective e-mail addresses and store the data in the database. There should be one table for all form submittal data.
There are three types of forms on the site:
Type – Quote Request

These contact forms have the same information and can be processed with the same code.

adminlogin.php (new)
This page will check the database for user name and password. We will need to add a security table to the database which will be used to check the credentials for the login process. Each page will need to verify that the visitor is logged in or send the user to the Login.asp page.

ActiveEmails.php (new)
This page will show all the general information for the Unhandled form contacts. The user can view details or they can check the handled check box and press submit. This will mark the “form contact” as “handled”.

HandledEmails.php (new)
This page will the same as Active Emails but it will have the ability to search date ranges. The page will open with results from the last 30 days. The user can change a “form contact” to Unhandled or the user can click details to see the details page.

GeneralDetails.php (new)
This will show the user the details of a Type - General “form contact”. The user can change the status to handled or unhandled.

WorkOrderDetails.php (new)
This will show the user the details of a Type - Work Order “form contact”. The user can change the status to handled or unhandled.

QuoteRequestDetails.php (new)
This will show the user the details of a Type - Quote Request “form contact”. The user can change the status to handled or unhandled.

CustServiceDetails.php (new)
This will show the user the details of a Type - Customer Service “form contact”. The user can change the status to handled or unhandled.
