Description: (1)Estimated shipping needs to give subtotals for price of furniture and shipping.(if possible, can we set it to use a different shipping description than the one used in the checkout screen.
(2)be able to sort by columns on orders.php
(3)admin notes: carriage returns automatic(currently it squeezes all of the text together) Status notes box works the way we want.
(4)customer name search in top of admin header(be able to search for customer from any point in admin, like we can from customers.php)
