Description:	Okey the job is simple for a coder, My current site has a subscribe for mailing list option on Home page of the site, where visitor enters there name and emails to subscribe for mailing list. But unfortunatly the data is not getting registered in to mysql database, so u need to fix it. Also my current coder tried routing data to my email, so when a visitor clicks on submit button, their name and email is been forwared to me on my email. Unfortunatly i am getting blank emails from site server. So whoever will be working on this needs to chk give me both the options
