Description:	I need someone to fix the following things on my video site 1) Template work - very easy 2) i have 2 ways of uploading video to my site 1 users pastes code from youtube or other video site (embedded code) and then selecting a picture related to the video to upload. The videos work but the pictures don;t load. Its a very small problem as i have 2 copies running on the server and in 1 copy there is no problem the pics upload Also maybe you may need to make it so that the pictures are better compressed but there is code already done so just small mods needed. 2 The second way to upload video is through Videoegg uploading service, all the integration work has been DONE so just it seems to have broken a little - i have all documentation and the fix should only take a couple hours max. The pictures don;t load properly and video is not displayed... the problem appeared after i moved from one directory to another. I might just need another passfile from Videoegg but i need someone to find out what the problem is. I need the site fixed ASAP. Anyone who can do this will have future work on the site. i am looknig for a programmer to do a bit of work on the site.
