Description: Fix headers & footers (www.snowcity.com.sg)
The borders separating the slices are still not removed as i have requested. (refer email dated 17th Jan 2008, re: update completed).

As I navigate through the website, there are many pages where the border headers are badly separated. This is wrong. Please fix.
In other pages, the footer stretched very unsightly.
Please make the footer fixed width.
