Description: I have a website with a client login area. Here the client or the website admin can login and upload and download files. There is a bug in the code or the config. and we can't upload large files and the downloading is not working either.

The largest we've gotten to upload is 93mb. We need to be able to upload files up to a size of 4GB. Average size around 280mb

The website is up and running and I want someone to go in, check the code (PHP), or the server config (or whatever it takes), find the problem, fix it and test it to make sure it works. (You'll need high speed internet connection, and I mean upload speed)

Please show me something that you have done like this before in PM.

I need this in a hurry! And will have more work for whoever gets it to function properly.

MY budget for this is $50.
