Description: For some reason the site we just set up doen't complete the payment process right.

it doesn't look like we see the right $_GET when paypal post back to the return url.

The second have of this project is to integrate PayPal IPN into our system To make it a bit less hackable ... currently if somone knew the right URLs and strings to enter.... they could make it appear as if they paid when they hadn't

This project will require you have your own paypal accounts to test with.

I've done this a couple of times PayPal has all the functionality you need to prevent this you just need it "hooked up" properly.
