Description: I have a file hosting site at http://downloadfilehost.com.

Currently, it's supposed to be set up so that files that I (admin) upload will remain forever until I choose to remove them. The same goes with paid members. Free/anonymous users will automatically have their files removed after a certain period of time.

I need a few changes that should be very quick and simple, yet not interfere with my already uploaded files or the functionality of the existing script.

MULTI-FILE UPLOAD: It's not working. I either need it fixed or removed (obviously I would prefer it be fixed, but if it's impossible then remove it)

FTP UPLOAD: Also not working. I either want it fixed or removed (again, fixed is better)

UPLOAD SPEED: My site seems slow, make it faster if possible

GRAPHICS: On the home page, I'd like that red picture to be replaced with the arrow and downloadfilehost.com that appears on my header. On download pages, I'd like the little download button to be replaced with a bigger one (which I can provide)

DOWNLOAD PAGES: I would like the words "Please wait for your download" below the banner in the top position/above the download title & description

IF POSSIBLE: I would like all the files that I upload NOT to have the option to share. So remove the "link to file" "html code" "forum code" box from all pages uploaded by admin

I have already had a lot of work and money put into this site - I just want it to function correctly.

MY MAXIMUM BID IS $40! I may be open to spending more IF you can guarantee that my site will work perfectly, look good, and be done in a reasonable amount of time.
