Description

No design needed, just php programing (the database is in mysql)

Admin panel with tabs.(css styles for the panel)(is partially done)

Links management. (modify, delete, add, others) (similar to phpmyadmin) (mass add of text data into specific fields)(set how many links to display)

Popular tags management(partially done) (show only tags the has results (in the index and the panel) and show the tags that don't has results in panel)

Reports managements (partially done)( dead links, comments spam, others)

Admin Links submission panel and Data exporter (from an excel file) (partially done some bugs remain)

Text / banner management (a simple one) (with tags in the template and the code in the panel)(set ads specific by category)

Encrytp the admin user and password with a recovery by email. Change the user and password from the panel. Validated the login access with a hidden field.

Bugs in the link health and size checker, add more domains to the health check.(pm for the domains)

Finish the sub category admin(is almost finish)

Links submitted by users can be pending until the review by the admin.

Links submitted by users are also published in the forum(phpbb3).

Terms
1. All payments are through GAF escrow only.
2. Under no circumstances will funds be released from escrow until the project has been fully completed.(it has to be verifiable)
3. Prepayment is not an option.
4. A missed deadline will most likely result in a lost project.
