Description: Our web design company would like to hire a programmer to help us with a project for one of our clients. We need a simple upload program that will handle file uploads of up to 50MB or higher. The php.ini file max_upload is set to handle 151 MB.
The program needs to look like the website, have an administrative login and user logins. The admin will set up the users with password/usernames.
When a client uploads a file the admin will receive an email informing the admin of the upload and containing a link that will download the file when clicked.
When the admin uploads a file intended for a particular client, the client will recieve an email with a link to download the file.

I do not want an off the shelf program that is made up of many files that are not used adn difficult to navigate if they need to be edited.

It is important that the program be able to upload very large files.
We have already paid a programmer to provide a program that will not upload the large files. It times out at 6 MB.

I can provide a link and access to the program that is currently set-up that doesn't handle the large uploads needed.
