Description:	We are a web development company that have many projects going on and need help when we are busy. We are interested in working with a programmer up to 15.00/hr. We need a simple program written to transfer large files via the web. It needs to be password protected through the web browser When a client uploads their file an email is automatically sent to the website administrator containing a link to the new file that is uploaded. When the the link is clicked on the file will download. They will need to use a login. The website administrator will also be able to upload a file to the server and choose a client's name or the email address in a dropdown menu. That client will be notified by email that the administrator has uploaded a file for them and they will click on the link in the email that brings them to the location of the file. The clients will not be able to access the folder that stores other client's files.
