Description: A simple script that will allow admin to create users with username password and user level, each user will be able to upload/download files to/from his directory.

Admins will be able to view all directories/files and to upload/download/delete all the files/directories.

If you have it already setup please include an upload bar, if you don't have it, never mind, I will integrate it myself in the future.

I know that there are out there many scripts of this kind, but I need a very simple with only these features.

This is very urgent.
