Description: I need to create a search engine for events on Facebook. The search function will have seven criteria choices (age, sex,status, keywords, etc)that users can select before performing their search, and draws on event attendee demographics (age, sex, status etc) to list the events most applicable to them (similar to the popular Facebook app ‘Party Buzz’, and the basic event search function Facebook has).

We also have some design requirements regarding the home page of this application – it needs to have a facility to ‘add an event’ on the home page (no more than five total). There will be a calendar users click on to select the date(s) they wish their event to appear on the home page. These must be green lit by admin (myself) before being accepted (similar to how a dating website allows users to upload a photo, but it must be accepted first).

Also, the home page will be different depending on which city a user is in, ie, facebook users who list their current city as Boston will see a different home page to what users in Dallas would see. Each would see highlighted events relevant to their city.

Please only serious bids, and those that aren’t looking to squeeze every nickel out of this project because if this goes well, future projects will be on the horizon and a long term relationship would be ideal.

NB: There’s a SLIGHT possibility some tinkering will be needed with the above between now and the start of production, but if that’s the case, it will be minimal.
