I am looking to render my whole software

with all it sections to a facebook application.
we can provide the graphic design if needed.
check the software , you will know exactly what i am looking about.
I could add some extra features like a link to buy products these will only bve linked to our eselling webiste.
no need to built the database and admin section all we need is ti output the data to a compatible facebook app. my maximum budget is 250$~300$
