Description

We're looking for an experienced company to build a FSBO-like website for us.

We will provide:
- design-templates, HTML
- detailed technical specification for the project
- storyboards explaining website functionality
- PHP Framework using which we prefer you to work with us

You should sign NDA agreement with us. project should be completed in 3 weeks.

1-2 weeks - for a Beta verison (40% payment will be made via Paypal upon Beta version delivery)
3 weeks - completion of the site and launch (30% payment via paypal)
4 week - one week after the launch for bugfixing, final 30% via paypal.

We're ready to start right away. Please note that the project is for BAKCNED development only. You should use PHP, MySQL and AJAX.
