Hello PHP programmers,I have a premade form i need programmed to do a simple function. Please see my form at: http://poisedglobal.com/quote/
On the 4th question you see (Are you working with a Poised Global Representative?) i need it so what ever name you select the form will send to a special email.
Example: i select "David Barragan" in this field, i want the form to send to test[@]yahoo , if i select "Kathleen Louis" i want form email to go to test2[@]yahoo
I need this done VERY quickly... within next 7 hours.
