Description:	We currently have a website for villa rentals in a specific part of Spain (details and url are in the attached document) We would like to make to following changes to this website. CHANGES 1) Website will need to be written in PHP, with all villa details and pictures in a MySql database rendering the villa descriptions, prices, photo gallery, search functions etc. 2) We will need an admin section where all villa details and pictures are uploaded. A verification procedure to check if all fields are filled out appropriately needs to be included. Pictures will be added in the correct format, no need for resize software. 3) Add an availability calendar for each property 4) A search panel will be added on the left side, accessible from all pages. 5) The admin section should be in two parts: - We will need an admin section for the webmaster where all villa details and pictures are uploaded. Pictures will be added in the correct format, no need for resize software. A verification procedure to check if all fields are filled out appropriately needs to be included. This section also needs to include a chapter where passwords for the owners/agents will be assigned. - We need to have a separate admin section where owners and agents can maintain availability. Please take into account that owners and agents may have 1 to 50 properties. 6) Graphic design, although parts are already done, should be included in your bidding price (see details attached). IMPORTANT INFORMATION - In the near future 5 different languages will be added, each with it’s own URL. Please keep this in mind while designing the database and structure. - Website and CSS needs to be debugged for W3 certification - Website needs to be easy to use for both visitors and owners/agents - Week prices will be stored in the database in EURO but will have to be rendered in POUND STERLING and for the sake of psychological pricing need to end either on 5 or 9 (for example £465). In other words: a conversion rate needs to be stored by the administrator in the database and a calculation function will need to be convert euros to pounds and have it end at 5 or 9. - Copyrights of the website and software will be on our name. - Please note that the website is NOT a subscription site where owners pay to advertise their properties – the property-owners or agents ONLY are in charge of maintaining the availability. The webmaster is in charge of uploading all villa details and of making the bookings. - We expect an update each 3/4 days on progress of the project - If convenient for you we can put money on an escrow account - Before we pay for the script, we should be able to see the software running on our server to make sure it functions as requested. - The full project is as described in the attachment.
