Dear valued developers,

This a small Project & my budget will be between $100-110 & since there was no any range to chose from in the submission form then I obliged to write it here.

1. The site will contain around 13-14 pages, all pages designed by me and ready in PSD format. Most of the pages are contains pictures and also some texts will be in image form, so there is no any need you do the design.

2. I need all the pages in PHP and have files editable in Dreamweaver.

3. Small coding in 2 or 3 pages required.

4. I need a database to collect those who register with their name, email address, ip and their country.

5. I need to have a function to send users html based emails, I have already designed those 2 email page samples & will need to have them also in html(Those pages also included in 13-14 pages).

Developers who will do this job for me should be capable to do later SEO, generating unique IP traffic for me with different user agents information. Thank you for your attention and time.
