Description

Hello,

We are looking for a simple PHP database & control panel that will let us manage a database of users. We also need to be able to send a HTML email or send an SMS message to the customers. (SMS using a 3rd party service which we need assistance finding) Here are the fields :

- Customer Number
- First Name
- Last Name
- Address
- City
- Country
- Customer Email Address
- Customer Phone Number
- Mobile Phone Number
- Fax Number

We also need a section where customers can add their names to our database through our website. It would be a bonus if we could keep a record of previous messages sent. This job needs to be complete by Sunday the 1st of Feb 2009.
