Description:	We need someone to make basic configurations and set to an autoresponder we have already purchased and installed. The manual is here: http://www.tcconference.com/emaprov2_usermanual.pdf We also need a simple PHP page for people to fill out their name/email and subscribe to the campaign created. Here are the details of the campaign (all emails to be sent will be provided) Our advertising (will start Friday, June 29) will direct people to the domain to get a FREE Report. They will click on the go button at the bottom of the first page and then that will take them to the capture page where we capture their first name and email address. As soon as the email is captured we want an email to go out from the autoresponder. The email will be the FREE Report. Then we want to send an email to them the next day and one every 2 days thereafter until a total of 8 emails have been sent.
